Keeping you compliant

Under health and safety law you have a duty to have machinery maintained by a competent person, with records kept. Compactors and balers must also comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).

Every service covers:

  • All health and safety criteria
  • Moving parts, electrics and the hydraulic system
  • Clearing any build-up of debris inside the machine
  • A written engineer’s report for your records

The result is a full audit trail that gives everyone peace of mind and keeps your use of compacting and baling equipment in line with HSE requirements.

Planned maintenance pays for itself

Preventive maintenance is far more efficient and economical than reactive repairs. Work is planned at a time that suits your operation, rather than downtime arriving with a breakdown that could have been caught early.

Regular servicing also keeps your machine performing at its best, which keeps waste disposal costs down.

Lighter on the environment

We regularly update our fleet of field service vans to run modern, fuel-efficient vehicles, and plan the most economical routes using live GPS to keep emissions down.

Well-managed stock means larger components can be dispatched quickly from our factory, and fewer return visits mean fewer miles on the road.
