Built in South Yorkshire
We’ve been designing and building waste compaction and baling machinery since March 2000. As the business has grown we’ve invested in larger premises, and our latest factory opened in 2015 with modern offices and extensive production space.
It is one of the largest and most modern compactor and baler manufacturing facilities in the UK, fitted out with high-quality equipment so that efficiency and quality are built into the process.
- Static compactors, from the CS2 to the twin-cylinder CS5
- CP10 and CP30 portable compactors
- Bin lifts, enclosed hoppers and canopies
- Bespoke machines and loading systems

From drawing to delivery
Step 1
Survey and design
Our design and technical team visits the site and models the machine and its surroundings in 3D, so loading, access and safety are right before anything is built.
Step 2
Build
Machines are fabricated and assembled at our Barnsley factory.
Step 3
Deliver and install
Our own engineers deliver, position, connect and commission the machine, working to a planned risk assessment and method statement.
Step 4
Train and support
We train your operators on site and keep the machine running with planned servicing.

Designed around your site
Every site is different, so many of our machines are adapted or designed from scratch. Recent examples include a CS4 dual-loading compactor that takes bulky waste by hand or forklift on one side and bins on the other, chute systems feeding balers from mezzanine floors, and fully enclosed compactors with interlocked doors that keep operators out of the wind and rain.
We also supply fully factory-refurbished machines, a practical choice when budgets are tight or a site needs equipment quickly.
